DO YOU DO PHOTOGRAPHY?
We DO NOT do any photography services. We specialize in video production. We do not have the tools to provide a good photography service. However, we may share whatever photos we took on the set from our personal collection.
CAN YOUR COMPANY OPERATE OUTSIDE OF KUCHING?
Yes, we do. We include the transportation and accommodation cost in the quotation. You may choose to manage the transportation and accommodation yourself if you prefer to do so. Otherwise, we'll just add it to the overall production cost.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT FEE?
Yes. We typically take a 30% or 50% deposit before we confirm your booking. We keep our availability open before we receive the deposit fee.
CAN YOU FIND A LOCATION FOR US AND HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST?
Absolutely. Our producer will work together with you to find the best location for filming. Some locations like a home location can be secured for minimal budget, maybe only a few hundred ringgits, but larger more challenging locations like a hospital ER may cost much higher per day. Regardless, we will find a location suitable to the budget given.
IS IT TRUE THAT VIDEOS ARE CHEAPER IF THEY ARE SHORTER?
No. The relationship between video length and price is not proportional. A 5 hour video can cost cheaper than a one minute commercial if the 5 hour video is simply a one camera recording of one person as compared to a one minute commercial that may require multiple international locations, equipment and talents. Price is determined by labor and equipment needed to produce it.
HOW MANY RE-EDITS DO I GET TO MAKE ON MY VIDEO PRODUCTION ONCE I SEE THE FIRST CUT?
You have 2 opportunities to make comments and changes on the finished video, we call it the Rough-Cut and the Final-Cut stages.
CAN WE USE TALENTS OF OUR OWN CHOOSING?
It depends on the project. If the project requires testimonials from real people, then it may be better that way. On the other hand, if we are doing short films or music videos that requires acting, we would advise using talents and actors we know to be professional and reliable on set so we can proceed efficiently.
DO YOU HAVE ANY LICENSES?
We have Film Production License (PF) and Film Distribution License (DF) as approved and licensed by FINAS.
